VTS: Geodata styles now support new properties for labels and icons

The VTS Browser JS provides advanced styles options for vector layers. The new release extends styling options even further with the new label-stick and icon-stick properties. When these properties are used then “stick” is rendered below the label or icon. You can configure stick size, thickness, color and transparency.
